For this month's card night I wanted to showcase the new In Colours. I CASE's Kelly Kent from My Papercraft Journey fabulous idea using card stock and the Border Decorative Ribbon Punch. I love these!

Random Acts of Kindness Card Group

I recently joined a Random Acts of Kindness Card Group which was set up by a lovely Australian demonstrator, Kylie Bertucci. You add your name and address to the list and each month indicate whether you are participating or not. I have received three cards this month! It was so amazing to receive something that was not bills or junk mail in the letter box.

I have prepared my cards for this month and I'm posting them out today. I used the same design as the GDP089 that I participated in but changed the colours to Island Indigo cardstock and Lemon Lime Twist and Night of Navy stamp pads.

It's such a joyful thing to be a part of.

Global Design Project 089 #GDP089

I have never participated in a challenge before but decided to push myself out of my comfort zone and start. This week the global design project is a colour challenge using basic black, old olive and calypso coral. This card came together very quickly. It's very daunting to put it out there amongst so many talented people.

I'm really happy with how this turned out. I used the Touches of Texture stamp set (my definite favourite at the moment!) and the sentiment is from the new Special Celebrations stamp set.
