What is washi tape you may ask? It is simply decorative tape. It's used for card making and a lot of people use them in planners. You can adhere things with it and use it as a border as well as background decoration.
Stampin Up has four different packs-Black, the pinks, the greens and the blues. The colours all co ordinate with current Stampin' Up colours. They are only $14 for each set of five. It's a really cost effective way to add colour to a card.
